Our Winter Day

We had the absolute best day ever to learn about winter.  The weather was perfect and so was the snow.  We enjoyed playing outside as long as we wanted and then we came inside and had some delightful hot chocolate to warm us up.

Pumpkin Jack is even surviving the winter temperatures quite nicely.

We also got to play inside with some never melting snow.

 We cut snowflakes.

We learned about water and ice and cold temperatures and tried ice skating in the classroom.

Here we are making out never melting snowmen.

We got to make dens and caves and read stories.

We also played a polar bear game with the ABC's!
